Accept Finance was setup to solely trade on the internet so a website was required, it should be simple to use, appeal to the correct customer base, be secure and be capable of taking car finance, personal and homeowner loan applications.

During competitor research it became apparent that a bright cheerful website would be the best choice, but it also needed to really simple to navigate and easy to use. After all the visitors to the site simply wanted to apply for some sort of finance.

The website was given a primarily green and yellow colour scheme which tied in well with the company logo that used the same colours. As soon as the user goes to the site they are presented with two main options 'Loans' and 'Car Finance', as soon as one of these is selected the user is presented with an application form that was carefully designed so that all the relevant information was gathered. Once the application is complete it is sent directly to the Accept Finance 'Applications' department where it is processed and the customer contacted via telephone. By making the website user experience short and simple it meant that the serious part of processing the application could begin.

The site was optimised with the emphasis on certain key phrases that had been tested for popularity so that page ranking could be high as possible. Once this was done the promotion of the website started; this happens weekly and performance is constantly monitored.

A Google Adwords campaign was created so that an advertisement for the site would appear on the first page when certain key phrases were entered into the Google search. The campaign has so far proved very successful bringing in countless customers and easily out performing other advertising campaigns that had been run, such as newspaper advertising.
