Hosting was setup for County Windows giving them unlimited hosting space and band width. To improve the performance of the website all the images were optimised after it was ascertained they were to big to be practically used on a website. Once this was completed the website was re-created in a framed format so that page download times could be reduced. The performance of the website was significantly improved after the work was completed.
