To develop a new public website in line with the company's recent rebranding. News and projects should be incorporated with a facility for Ellis staff to update themselves.
A business solution is required to aid Ellis in the day to day running of the company. It should be able to link to the current accounting package, to update and retrieve data. Management reporting should also be integrated to empower management strategy decision making.
IT Support is also required to replace in-house part-time resource and increase system stability.

Lottbridge Systems liaised closely with Ellis's chosen branding company to create a public facing website that fitted perfectly with their rebrand. Throughout the design/coding process the website was optimised so that Search Engine Web Crawlers could easily read and index every page. The news and projects sections we created to be database driven and a backend was created to allow Ellis to update these sections in-house, from images to text. This project was so successful that shortly after going live Ellis won a contract worth in excess of £1,000,000 from a client that found them on Google and was very impressed by what he saw on the website.
Ellis were running their company with numerous spreadsheets, word document etc and as a result there system was very fragmented. Information was often lost no hadn't been updated. This made it hard for management decisions to be made... in fact several management reports would take Managers days to compile.
To rectify the problems Derek Godfrey, Managing Director of Ellis, asked Lottbridge Systems to develop a solution that would consolidate their current data and give them live up-to-date reporting. That is exactly what Lottbridge Systems did. A web-based Management Console was created allowing Staff to manage contacts, jobs, leads, cost and value reconciliation and much more. The system even integrates with their existing accounting package. It has transformed the way Ellis used to work into a more productive and streamlined operation.
