To modernise the companies computer systems and website providing the ability to alter ‘The Team’, ‘Advertising’ and ‘News’ pages by Window Wise staff. In he long term offer advice and support on the way forward for the companies IT strategy.

Since agreeing a support contract, we have at Window Wise's request, updated their computer systems replacing them with new modern computers, installed static IP broadband and configured this through a managed proxy and firewall to give internet access to all computers on the site. This enables all users to stay up-to-date with the latest Windows updates and virus definitions - reducing the risk of possible future security loopholes in the system. We have also supplied and installed Officetalk - a group email / diary / contact management system. This gave them the facility to store and share contact information, customer information and appointments calendar with each other. Email is also routed out over their broadband connection - improving speed and reducing cost.
The original website was looking a bit dated and required a complete revamp. The company logo was cleaned-up and made to look more modern with the use of several 3D visual effects. The website colours were brought inline with the corporate colours used by the company on their stationary and shop front. Coldfusion was utilised to create database driven pages with easy-to-use interfaces for staff to make alterations in-house. New sections were also introduced to complete the website and improve the user experienced. Potential customers could now go to the website and see exactly what products were available and what they should expect if they engaged in the Window Wise experience.
Through our support contract we are able also to support their system remotely. If a user has an issue we can connect up and see the problem on their screen and interactively resolve the issue for them then and there - showing them on their own computer if need be.
We continue to serve all their IT support needs, and offer advice and consultation when something we feel may be of interest to them, needs their consideration.
