Their original system was replaced with new hardware and a more modern, Windows based application which has continued to develop in parallel with the companies needs. Now handling multi-branch stock control, inventory, customer account management, buying group management, invoicing, rep account management, payroll, reporting, and integration with their accounts package (Pegasus Opera II).
Through our support contract we are able also to support their system remotely. If a user has an issue we can connect up and see the problem on their screen and interactively resolve the issue for them then and there - showing them on their own computer if need be.
We are currently in discussion with Wisepenny regarding further enhancments to their email system, mobile facilitation to enable the reps to book stock and invoice customers from mobile units in their vans, and EDI (electronic data interchange) to eliminate the need for paper invoices.
